Timber Beam H20

Description: Timber I-beam is an important and internationally-recognized component of the engineered formwork system. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, excessive rigidity, and the surface of the beam is acid-alkali resistant and water-proofed. 

The Timber Beam has been tested to withstand a bending resistance of 5 KN/m and shear limit of 11KN. It weighs between 4.8 kg/m to 5.2 kg/m. They can be connected and extended depending on the requirements of the projects.

Product features:
1. The I-beam is an important component in the internationally accepted building formwork system. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good linearity, resistance to deformation, surface resistance to water, acid and alkali, and can be used throughout the year at a cost. The amortization cost is low; it can be used in common with domestic and foreign professional template system products.
2. It can be widely used in horizontal formwork system, vertical formwork system (wall formwork, column formwork, hydraulic climbing formwork formwork, etc.), variable arc formwork formwork system and heterogeneous formwork formwork system.
3. The wood beam straight wall template is a loading and unloading template, which is convenient to assemble. It can be assembled into various sizes of templates to a certain extent and degree, and the application is flexible. The rigidity of the formwork is very convenient, and the length and height of the formwork are very convenient. The formwork can be poured more than ten meters at a time. Due to the light weight of the formwork material used, the whole formwork is much lighter than the steel formwork when assembled.
4. The system product components have a high degree of standardization, good reusability, and meet environmental protection requirements.
